Land Surveyor
Shaw Brothers Construction is currently looking for an experienced Land Surveyor who is familiar with construction layout & civil engineering as it pertains to site development. Shaw Brothers Construction is utilizing Trimble Robotic & GPS Equipment, Trimble Siteworks, Trimble Earthworks 3D Machine Guidance/Automation, DJI Phantom 4 Drone-Imaging, Trimble Business Center, Carlson Takeoff AutoCAD software, and Bluebeam.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Construction Layout
- Supporting equipment with 3D machine automation.
- Measuring quantities.
- Recording As-builts.
Qualifications
- A firm understanding of survey practices
- 5+ years of experience

Apprentice - Construction Craft Laborer
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
