Shaw Brothers Construction, Inc., one of Southern Maine’s most prominent paving contractors, is now hiring for the 2026 Season. Work will start in early April. Shaw Brothers offers competitive pay based on experience and excellent benefits. Shaw Brothers is looking to hire the following paving positions:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Paver Operator
- Wheelman
- Skid Steer Operator
- Raker
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paving experience.
